right now the plan is to have the 2009 event travel back into canada. this means at some point this year you should get your passport. if you dont have one, it is a very good thing to possess anyhow.
with any luck the USA dollar will be much stronger than canadian dollar. this year that hasnt been the case.

Just a thought, gang - If we go up to Montreal, it might be a nice trip to head back down through some of the smaller towns in the north country - Massena, Potsdam, Canton, etc.. Scenic country, and lots of winding, crawling back roads.
I grew up there, and whenever I'm home, it's a blast running around the roads - hella lots of of fun. Something to think about next year!

Thinking about this, how about we head from SOA to Cooperstown, then up to Montreal, then back to Albany area for end of drive. Maybe come back down the way the way suggested: " Just a thought, gang - If we go up to Montreal, it might be a nice trip to head back down through some of the smaller towns in the north country - Massena, Potsdam, Canton, etc.. We've done the Niagra thing a few times - Montreal would be a nice change of scenery.

Just checked my passport, I'm good till 2011. I think up to Canada will be nice. Montreal would be a nice change but I was under the impression that is quite a hike?
