Depending on the vinyl used smaller letters are doable they are just a pain in the butt.
Right now at your scale the letters are .25 tall. Those would be a lot of work.
I would rock either methods. Diecut or printed.

No word back from KC. He was slow to respond the first time, but explained he was out of town for a few days. No word back since my last update. I'll email him again tonight with another updated version (just a different font for the bottom part). I'd really like to get this into a viable vinyl decal rather than going for the clear bumper sticker thingy, so I'll keep tweaking the design until it works.

static cling decals would be good for temporary decals, but i would buy smaller "permanent" vinyl decals for my side windows if they were made available.

The problem is that, as it is, some of the text is too small for a regular vinyl decal. I prefer the traditional vinyl as well, so I'll be tweaking the design until it works.

just throwing out a couple of ideas here:
what if we got rid of the bottom line with ACS in it, and only had "Subaru Drive for the Cure" along with the larger "48HRS.INFO"...also I wrote it like that because I think the slogan looks better with mixed case lettering rather than all caps for the entire sticker. It might be easier with only these two lines if you put the slogan along the bottom then.
otherwise, the issue is simply with the thinness of the letters right? that is also an issue for people reading at a distance, which was the reason for going with something as big as a windshield banner. so if we're going with smaller static decals for our windows, we would still want those letters to be thicker. this might just mean that we need to stretch the logo out a bit lengthwise to fit nicely.
cliff notes: for readability, thicker/bolder letters and mixed case text maybe just having "Subaru Drive for the Cure" and the website is enough, especially since we will all have the magnets during the run, too

Yeah, I gotta work on it when I get home from work, but I was gonna take out the ACS text at the bottom. For even smaller decals, I might just do the swoosh and "48HRS.info".

Just my opinion on the stickers--not many people even know that .info is a suffix for websites. Its not like .com, .org or .edu. People who see the stickers might just say what the heck is 48HRS.INFO?

that would work well, especially if the "www." and ".info" were about half the height of the "48HRS" part

I like the bottom 2 but maybe use the Subaru Font?
I'll see if I can look it up tonight.

I'll 2nd (3rd?) the vote for the bottom 2, especially the bottom one. The Yellow really makes it stand out.
