Some folks liked my windshield banner last year, as well as having the "48HRS.INFO" on the side rear windows. So, I was planning on getting some nicer decals done up this year, in time for the scouting run in November. Maybe during the scouting run, we can get some more people involved, especially in the places we'll be passing through (I'll bring plenty of the business cards along). Anyway, below is the initial design I came up with (in like the past 20 minutes) for the side rear windows. Any and all comments/suggestions/praise/flaming is welcomed. Also, I'll be checking with my local tint/decal guy for pricing, but he's interested in the event, so he might cut me a good deal on a group buy. I'm thinking this would be about a 14"x4". For the scout team: For the event:

Interesting idea, and a great way to advertise more of what we are doing. Maybe use the saying from last year "Drive for the Cure"?

When I get home from work, I'll modify it with "Drive for the cure" in the upper right-hand corner. I'm thinking about incorporating the Subaru logo in there as well, since this is a Subie event, and SOA is helping us out.

Well, I might get two of the "Official Scout Car" version done this weekend, just to see how it looks on the car. I'll let you guys know how much I get charged and if he'll do a group discount (if folks are interested).

I was looking at my car, I think the only place I can put this is on the windshield.
On critique note: I was going to suggest you make it so one could remove the 'official scout car' and replace that 1 section with 'tri-state subaru'. However your new updated versions take care of that perticular suggestion.

Nice job on the update. Personally, I like the 2nd one as this way we are letting people know that it is a Subaru group drive.
How big did you say this would be?

I was thinking at least 12x3.5 inches so it would be legible from more than a few feet away. I could always get smaller ones made as well.

I gave it some thought, and decided I'm gonna see if RallyDecals.com will do these. Perhaps they can sell them on their site to make it easier for our group to buy them, if they want. Also, it'll keep me from having to front the money for decals that people may or may not want.

Sounds like a plan; another benefit is whoever wants the decal can have them on before the drive.
