If you plan to register at the last minute please dont.
I need the final entry count by noon on January 9th or I cant get you into SDC. This is both for the caterers and so I can appropiatly set up the place.
Attendees to SDC need to be registered members of the drive.
There is no meet at SDC please do not bring people not registered or tell friends to stop by.
We are doing the Lunch for those on the trip as a thank you for your efforts.

we require anyone who is going into SOA, SDC and VTCar to be registered.
im sure there will be a few extra come time for the drive as some people may not have their co-drivers updated. for the most part the whos registered page is accurate less a couple people who formed their own team by mistake but we are working to resolve those issues. they will be listed on the reg'd page though.

i counted 69 people so far  big group this year, its going to be tight fitting everyone at SDC! Its going to be a task keeping everyone together.
I originally estimated 40-50 people when I presented this to SDC....
I hope the dont freak out when I tell them 75 or more people. I think next year there needs to be an official registraiton end date and/or a cap entrants..in a few years we may have 100 cars that want to come on the trip.

If there are 100 cars next year it will create issues but I don't think we would place a cap on a donation drive. It may limit some of the places we are able to go but more people means more money to donate and I can't see that as a bad thing. There has always been last minute people and people that sign up and don't show. It's possible that the 40-50 might end up being the head count. Until we leave SOA we will probably not have an exact number but we will give the best estimate possible.

There are a few that may not "register" and still attend the drive...I can think of 3 right now (posted on Nasioc).

Problem with that is you MUST register if you want to get into SDC and SOA. If you didn't register, you will not be let in.

Jay,
As posted by others, we won't be closing off the registrations, nor do you have the right to require that. If you can't deal with +/- 10 people then I'm not sure what to tell you.
Just let me know and I'll knock SDC off the route if you feel that you must make the arbitrary cutoff a week before. We've never turned anyone away from the trip, as long as they follow the rules and register. If someone registers on Wed night next week, I'm not leaving them outside. Period.

I will provide SOA and SDC with the lists on Jan 13th.
As for head count. If you count on 75 people it will be that +/- 10.
